Return & Refund Policy

All sales at Canada Wide Supplies are final. We do not offer cash refunds. A limited 14-day exchange window and a free replacement for items that arrive defective are described below. Please read this policy before ordering.

All Sales Final — 14-Day Exchange Window

Within 14 days of delivery or pickup, eligible unused items may be returned for an exchange or store credit only, less a 30% restocking fee. We do not issue cash or card refunds on non-defective items.

To be eligible for the 14-day exchange, items must be:

  • Unused and in their original condition
  • In the original packaging where applicable
  • Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase

Defective or Damaged on Arrival

If an item arrives defective or damaged, contact us within 14 days of receiving it and we will replace it free of charge, with no restocking fee. Please inspect your order on delivery or pickup and report any damage as soon as possible. Replacement is the sole remedy for defective or damaged goods.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that have been used, installed or show signs of job-site wear
  • Items returned more than 14 days after delivery or pickup
  • Custom or special-order items
